Battle Cry is a keyword ability.
Whenever this creature attacks, each other attacking creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn.
Battle Cry vs. Exalted:
An exalted creature doesn't need to be attacking for the ability to work, and exalted works for the creature with exalted as well. Also, with exalted, the creature gets +1/+1, not +1/+0. But with battle cry, every attacking creature will get the ability. As opposed to Exalted, which triggers only when a creature attacks alone, Battle Cry's effect scales up with the number of attacking creatures. Two notable cards with battle cry are Hero of Bladehold and Hero of Oxid Ridge.
