Extended Format is a popular format to play in because it allows layers a large pool of cards to play with while limiting the options slightly so as to not make the game overpowering.


This format is considered a Constructed format. It has been used many times as part of a qualifier for other larger tournaments and is sanctioned by the DCI.

Card Pool

The extended card pool is the medium sized and favored by many players.
