The Khans of Tarkir block was initially released on September 26, 2014, as the first of three expansion sets, being: Khans of Tarkir, Fate Reforged (January 23rd, 2015) and Dragons of Tarkir (March 27th, 2015). It followed Magic 2015 as the first set in the Khans of Tarkir block, and has the most cards of that block, with a total of 269 cards.
